The Forms pack separates question and interaction quality from Form Contract creation, rendering, results, and adaptive per-respondent transitions. Adaptive sections belong to one submission instance and never silently mutate the shared source contract.

The Research pack supports established UX research methods, including Nielsen Norman Group-style method selection and usability testing, without implying an official relationship. The workflow skill handles bounded study inspection, authoring, observation, evidence, and findings proposals.

The release package creates or updates one marker-backed pull-request summary. A scoped Commentary OAuth token can add the exact-revision gate state, but the Action never records a human decision or changes approval state.
