Use Inbox

Inbox is an account-level attention feed across workspaces you can access. It is separate from the selected Workspace and never lives in the Workspace navigation.

The active feed puts content before metadata, identifies the sender and reason, shows one primary requested action, and keeps a bounded conversation with its task. Scroll does not mark items read. Reply addresses the current request; message replies do not become separate posts. When the active feed is empty, You’re caught up is the successful end state. Use History for completed or recipient-dismissed items.

Open an item to read its title and context. The detail view keeps its header fixed, reading pane scrollable, and action footer anchored. Technical identifiers belong in Technical details from Item options. Teach this agent sends future-facing guidance; it does not complete the current request.
